According to Dr Herbert Benson, founder and director emeritus of the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine in Boston, 60 to 90 % of visits to doctors' for insomnia, high blood pressure and heart attacks are related to anxiety, depression, obsessive anger and hostility - problems brought on by stress. |

| One of the ways to stay young is to take a break and relax! |

| Here’s a simple exercise from Dr. Benson; try it twice daily, for about 10 to 20 minutes each. Preferably sit in a quiet room, make yourself comfortable, close your eyes, relax your muscles one by one, breathe deeply, try to evade thoughts, all the mind keeping your mind on the present... it works. |
